Cov Xwm Txheej Siv Lub Cev Muaj Zog Tiv Thaiv Kev Tawg
Hauv cov chaw ua haujlwm uas kev nyab xeeb yog qhov tseem ceeb tshaj plaws, cov cav tsis tawg ua lub luag haujlwm tseem ceeb hauv kev tiv thaiv kev sib tsoo loj heev. Cov cav tsim tshwj xeeb no tau tsim los ua haujlwm hauv thaj chaw txaus ntshai uas muaj cov pa roj, cov pa dej, lossis cov hmoov av uas yooj yim hlawv, txo qhov kev pheej hmoo ntawm kev kub hnyiab thiab kev tawg. Kev nkag siab txog ntau yam xwm txheej ntawm cov cav tsis tawg yog qhov tseem ceeb rau cov lag luam uas xav tau kev ntsuas kev nyab xeeb nruj.
Dab tsi ua rau lub cev muaj zog tsis tawg?
Cov cav uas tsis tawg tau tsim los kom tiv thaiv kev tawg sab hauv thiab tiv thaiv nws kom tsis txhob kub hnyiab rau ib puag ncig. Lawv muaj cov qhov rooj ruaj khov, cov tsev tiv thaiv hluav taws, thiab cov khoom kaw uas tiv thaiv cov hluav taws xob thiab cua sov kom tsis txhob tawm mus. Cov cav no ua raws li cov qauv kev nyab xeeb nruj xws li ATEX, IECEx, thiab NEC kev faib tawm, kom ntseeg tau tias lawv muaj kev ntseeg siab hauv cov chaw muaj kev phom sij.
Cov Lag Luam Uas Cia Siab Rau Cov Tsav Tsheb Uas Tsis Muaj Kev Tawg
Kev Lag Luam Roj thiab Roj Av
Cov roj thiab roj av yog ib qho ntawm cov neeg siv tseem ceeb ntawm cov cav tsis tawg vim muaj cov pa roj thiab cov pa dej uas yooj yim hlawv. Cov cav no tau teeb tsa rau hauv cov chaw khawb av hauv hiav txwv, cov chaw ua roj, thiab cov chaw ua roj, qhov twg kev ua raws li kev nyab xeeb yog qhov tseem ceeb rau kev tiv thaiv hluav taws thiab kev tawg. Txawm hais tias siv rau kev ua haujlwm twj tso kua mis, compressors, lossis cov tshuab cua, cov cav tsis tawg ua kom muaj kev nyab xeeb thiab tsis tu ncua.
Kev Lag Luam Tshuaj thiab Tshuaj
Cov chaw ua tshuaj lom neeg thiab cov chaw tsim tshuaj kho mob siv cov tshuaj uas yaj tau yooj yim uas tuaj yeem hlawv nrog ib lub hluav taws xob xwb. Cov cav uas tsis tawg tau siv rau hauv kev sib tov, sib tsoo, thiab cov txheej txheem tuav cov khoom siv kom tiv thaiv kev kub hnyiab tsis tau xav txog. Hauv cov chaw tsim tshuaj, cov cav no kuj pab tswj kom tsis muaj kab mob thaum ua kom muaj kev nyab xeeb hauv cov chaw tswj hwm.
Kev Ua Haujlwm Mining thiab Tunneling
Cov qhov av thiab cov qhov av muaj cov hmoov av uas yooj yim hlawv, cov pa roj methane, thiab lwm yam khoom uas yooj yim hlawv uas ua rau muaj kev pheej hmoo loj heev rau kev tawg. Cov cav uas tsis tawg yog qhov tseem ceeb rau cov tshuab ua pa, cov siv conveyor, thiab cov khoom siv drilling kom ua haujlwm tau zoo. Cov cav no tau tsim los tiv taus cov xwm txheej hnyav xws li cov av noo siab, cov hmoov av sib sau ua ke, thiab qhov kub thiab txias hloov pauv.
Cov Chaw Ua Khoom Noj thiab Cov Khoom Noj
Cov hmoov av los ntawm cov nplej, hmoov nplej, qab zib, thiab lwm yam khoom siv ua zaub mov tuaj yeem ua rau muaj huab cua tawg hauv cov chaw ua hmoov nplej, silos, thiab cov chaw ua khoom noj. Cov cav uas tsis tawg tiv thaiv cov khoom siv hluav taws xob kom tsis txhob ua rau muaj hmoov av tawg, ua kom cov neeg ua haujlwm thiab cov khoom siv muaj kev nyab xeeb. Lawv feem ntau pom muaj nyob rau hauv cov tshuab nqa nplej, cov tshuab ziab khaub ncaws, thiab cov tshuab xa khoom noj.
Kev Lag Luam Xim thiab Kev Txheej Txheem
Kev tsim xim thiab kev siv cov xim pleev xim muaj cov tshuaj sib xyaw ua ke (VOCs) thiab cov kuab tshuaj uas yooj yim hlawv uas ua rau muaj kev pheej hmoo ntawm hluav taws. Cov cav uas tsis tawg tau siv rau hauv cov chaw txau tshuaj, cov thoob sib tov, thiab cov tshuab ua pa kom txo tau kev pheej hmoo thaum tseem tswj tau kev ua haujlwm zoo.
Cov txiaj ntsig ntawm kev sivCov Tsav Tsheb Uas Tsis Muaj Kev Tawg
Kev Nyab Xeeb Zoo Dua: Tiv thaiv kev kub hnyiab ntawm cov pa roj, cov pa dej, thiab cov hmoov av uas yooj yim hlawv, txo cov kev pheej hmoo tawg.
Kev Ua Raws Cai: Ua tau raws li cov qauv kev nyab xeeb thoob ntiaj teb, ua kom muaj kev nyab xeeb hauv chaw ua haujlwm.
Kev Ruaj Khov Hauv Ib puag ncig hnyav: Tsim los kom tiv taus qhov kub thiab txias heev, av noo, thiab cov kuab paug.
Kev Ua Tau Zoo: Muab kev ua haujlwm tas mus li yam tsis muaj kev cuam tshuam rau kev ua haujlwm zoo.
Xaus lus
Cov cav uas tsis tawg yog qhov tseem ceeb hauv kev lag luam uas muaj huab cua txaus ntshai ua rau muaj kev pheej hmoo loj. Txij li cov chaw ua roj mus rau cov chaw ua zaub mov, cov cav no ua kom muaj kev nyab xeeb, ua raws li txoj cai, thiab ua haujlwm tau zoo hauv cov xwm txheej nyuaj. Thaum cov lag luam txuas ntxiv hloov zuj zus, kev txhim kho cov thev naus laus zis tiv thaiv kev tawg yuav ua rau muaj kev nyab xeeb hauv chaw ua haujlwm thiab kev ua haujlwm zoo dua.
